Grundvig Learning Partnership Green job to color your life fight against unemployment
All the partners of the project, while performing different tasks in the areas of origin, share a common geographical rural location and/ or mountainous areas, the difficulties of communication in the areas of membership and the high rate of unemployment. Each of the partners in the specific activities in the territory, contributes to achieving the objectives of the project, to enrich with its own peculiarities and other partners, to strengthen, with strong roots, the awareness of common European citizenship.
Our motivation is to develop new pathway in agriculture fields, for a new and more attractive adult education, to develop general personal skills for disadvantages people, social inclusion by integrative courses in farming /gardening/ re-discover the "slow life", learning language and working life by a protected learning and inclusion atmosphere in the country side, in a village atmosphere.

We aim to share and use their experiences and compare different approaches by:
- Facilitate the development and dissemination of innovative practices in adult education, including their dissemination from one participating country to the other
- exploring training and education projects on agriculture field,
-collecting good practices and learning from these examples, and to create a website with good European practices in agriculture
-providing informal and no formal education and training to young adult learners throughout all the partners countries.
We will share and discuss at European level experiences and methods, that can be used in the agriculture field. We want also bring use the methodology of "learning by doing" in agriculture field, and share the old not written experiences from each country partners.

Develop Green Jobs in Romania
During the 2nd project meeting (Region Buzau, Romania) in early May 2014, the international project team has been informed about creative activities in developing new kind of employment in rural areas. So a vine distillery has been visited, where the owner family also offer holidays for families. They invest a lot in the modern wine processing technic and a specific holiday offer: They use very big wine barrels as accommodation facilities! A real attraction in the region and not last at least, families with children like the friendly atmosphere on the winery.
An to have a view on a more umbrella activity the Monteoru Renaissance tourism association (non-governmental and non-profit organization) has been presented. They want to promote a more sustainable tourism and to present the regions Buzau and Dealu Mare also to international tourists. Very practical they managed the initiative TravelBuzau.com and established a tourism infopoint in the village Berca. Here the visitors can get information about e.g. accommodation, sightseeing, sport and recreation facilities The project team Green Job visit this tourist office and got a lot of information from the manager family: In specific how important private initiative is and that it needs staying power to realize a project. Based on international experience of the management, the initiative also are successful in international marketing.
About relationship students/regional economy: In the town hall of Buzau the students of Buzau economic college present their project results Interviews with entrepreneurs about their profession . The international project group agreed, that this is a real effective way, how students can get more information about (1) employment opportunities in the region, (2) what kind of work has to be done and (3) to check, if the jobs met their own interest.
Green resources - New Green Jobs: New developments are discussed on Lithuanian meeting
In the Lithuania project meeting (June 2014) coneed eG presents the agriculture resources of Lower Saxony and explained all the different professions in agriculture sector. A lot of them are new developments from the last 10 or 20 years and demonstrate, what kind of jobs can be done in rural area. So it´s important to create additional income in agricultural sector, not only in the 'classical' plant and animal production.

To be active in the countryside: Meeting in Bad Zwischenahn (Germany): 26. October 2014 - 30. October 2014
It has be a real moving meeting in the last days of October. All project visits during the meeting were carry out on foot or by bicycle! Mostly the weather was good for this kind of movement, one day the participants enjoy the fresh rain in Northern Germany. In a circle of 10 Kilometer around Bad Zwischenahn everybody explores the countryside by walking and biking. Main idea was, to present the specific tourist efforts in Hiking and biking on interesting rural routes, all the time connected with rural entrepreneur activities.
After a work unit in the seminar room the new concept of a museum and the neighboring restaurant has been presented. On the 2nd day for the region very typical - a family managed Tree Nursery - had been visited. Many farmer families in the region change their agriculture to a tree nursery, as a future orientated chance in growing market. Afterwards the participants listen to a very specific concept of a rural café with a lot of variety of pancakes, implemented by engaged women. The study visit on a the direct selling farm completed the day. On Wednesday those impressions were added by visiting a local fisher family and to understand, how a new entertainment in rural sports = swin golf / farmer golf = can be realized by an inn.
Last not least, the moving participants got an impression about the extensively cycling / hiking routes in the region Ammerland! A kind of system, which combines (health) touristic offers with specific economic activities in the region. A win-win-situation for guests, residents and the rural area!

> New Jobs 1: Dinner in Restaurant Junker van der Spekken , http://www.junker-spekken.de/ a traditional local restaurant. The owner gave an overview about the tradition of the restaurant and the new concept, how to be more attractive with some new eventswill give us an overview about his entrepreneur ideas.

> New Jobs 2: In the morning the international team visited the family managed Baumschule /Tree Nursery Bonk http://www.bonk-baumschulen.de/index.php?lang=en , a very specific kind of gardening agriculture in the local district. Many farmer families in the region converted their agriculture to a tree nursery, as a future orientated chance in growing market. Unique for this Tree Nursery is: Hand crafted topiaries, Bonsai shapes, Characterful solitary trees = it´s a real chance to work on a very specific kind of nursery, you are specialist and you collect the professional knowledge!
> New Jobs 3: Lunch at cafe/restaurant Pankokencafe , directly near the most importing cycle way in the district. We had have the chance to listen to the concept of this café. Women manage the rustical lovely café, they use products from the region, always fresh prepared. www.daspankoken.de
> New Jobs 4: The Direct Selling Farm Ahlers gave us a overview what kind of activities / services can run on a family farm: Customers can buy local products in the farm shop (because the farm can´t produce everything by themselves, they also sell products from the neighbourhood = but erverything from the region. And there were two branches of services on the farm: To rent rooms for farm holydays and to offer horse riding, The whole family is involved! http://www.ahlers-hofladen.de/hof-ahlers

> New Jobs 5: On this morning we used the chance to visit a Fischerman near Lake Zwischenahn, The owner presents the history of the family and the current daily work on the lake and in the shop. Import is, that there is now a strong link to touristic activities: So they start some years ago a rustical fish restaurant and they offer guided visits for guests. It works very well now, but they have also take care on a lot of bureaucratic restrictions! For the owner this needs a lot of time and he very unhappy about it! www.fischerei-rabben.de
>New Job 6: On the second part of the day rain become stronger and stronger. Nevertheless most of the participants used the opportunity for study visit Farmer Golf . The practical exercise gives a impression how it works and may be the idea can transfer to interested farms in whole Europe? It´s a new kind of rural entertainment (new offer in the touristic sector, often managed by farm cafes and rural restaurants) www.swingolf-ammerland.de
> Working section: Evaluation of the meeting, dates, appointments, certificates. Infos about preparing ERASMUS KA2 project (from last year) a 2nd time. A lot of new aspects and comments (from Italian agency) have to be included. Heinz-Jürgen will prepare a general draft for a ERASMUS KA1 project / Mobility project = each partner can use the draft to prepare a national application, but as host´s all partners can be included = partnership in the current constellation can go on working

Project meeting Green Jobs in Turkey: Rural development in large steps
The change in countryside, including all development in entrepreneur development, was present in many examples, e.g.
- In Akçalören village, the international team visited a modern poultry farms on one side and a traditional bakery on the ohter side. Progress and traditions in the same village.
- In Onet,the manager of a high-technology milk farm, gave an overview about all technical options about new standard of farming. A dutch milk technic company works in the background of this farm. The local farmers can visit an example, how the future will be in this sector.
- The Tellioğlu Değirmen Complex demonstrated, how a family develop a company in the rural area. The owner themselves informed the visiters about the history and the current situation of his economic activities: Flour Factory / Bakery / Orchards (Apple) / Poultry Farms / Farm Shop / Highway Restaurant
- In Sindirgi the traditonal local tradition was presented also the new initiatives in using thermal water (Heating, Greenhouse, Tourism). Tradtional carpet production was explained, also the socio-cultural situation in countryside (library, handicraft museum).
Green job team discover Estonian countryside: Innovative ideas on 6th project meeting
The final project workshop in Estonia (May 2015) concerned the Conclusion (evaluation) of the project. The participants also check if all the objectives achieved. The final version of the brochure / handbook was agreed. It should be accessible (online version) on the project website www.4greenjob.com. The preparation of the final report was another topic: The partner from Italy will create the common Part E, all the time in coordination with the other project partners. Further agreements on future Community initiatives were discuss in the meeting.
Presentation of "Good Practice" in Estonia:
- An alternative "Country Center" has been present: There is a small primary school, a farm shop and courses of adult education. Particulary the small alternative school (with public promotion per schoolchild) secures the income of this small rural community.
- The development of a - rather historic - income opportunity is a blacksmith, who now works only as artist blacksmith, e.g. constructs fences for mansions.
- A local artists' house - which is also offers courses for those interested people is located in the center of Rouge. Mostly during summertime artifacts and antiques are sold to visitors.
The Mayor of Rouge explained the project team, that his community still have a growing population, one of the few in Estonia. He attributed this to the good infrastructure, the high quality of life with many offerings for families and the promotion of sustainable tourism.
